We warmly invite families to dedicate their children and youth into our community during worship services. This rite of passage is an important one in the life of a congregation, because it is the congregation's opportunity to dedicate itself to the raising and supporting and nurturing of our children. We know that it takes a village. This special ceremony is done to honor these individuals, their relationship to the congregation, and the congregation's relationship to them. We also invite the parents to dedicate themselves to raise their children within the values affirmed by Unitarian Universalism.
